1. Service description

Radios 24x7 (radios247.com) is a free platform that aggregates publicly available live radio streams and podcast RSS feeds from around the world. We do not host, produce, or control any audio content. Radio streams are provided by their respective stations. Podcast episodes are served directly from their publishers' hosting infrastructure via publicly available RSS feeds.

2. Use of the service

You may use Radios 24x7 for personal, non-commercial listening. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular station or podcast will be available, that streams will work without interruption, or that episode data will be current or accurate.

3. Content ownership and copyright

All radio content belongs to the respective broadcasters. All podcast content belongs to the respective podcast creators and publishers. Station names, podcast titles, artwork, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Radios 24x7 does not claim ownership of any third-party audio content, metadata, or artwork.

4. Podcast aggregation

Our podcast directory indexes publicly available RSS feeds. We display podcast metadata (titles, descriptions, artwork, episode lists) and link directly to audio files hosted by podcast publishers. Audio files are streamed directly from the publisher's servers and are never copied, stored, or re-hosted by Radios 24x7. Episode descriptions are stored as plain text with all HTML removed.

We periodically fetch RSS feeds to keep episode listings current. This is functionally equivalent to how podcast apps (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) access podcast content.

5. Embeddable widgets

Radios 24x7 offers embeddable widgets that allow third-party websites to display radio stations or podcast episodes. Widgets are domain-locked and cryptographically signed. Widget users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to embed audio content on their websites. Radios 24x7 is not liable for how third parties use the widget system.

6. Content removal requests

If you are a radio station owner, podcast creator, or rights holder and wish to have your content removed from our directory, please contact us through the Contact form in the footer. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use this service to: re-broadcast or redistribute radio streams or podcast episodes; scrape or harvest data from the platform in an automated manner; create derivative works from aggregated content; attempt to access administrative areas without authorization; circumvent widget domain restrictions; or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.

8. Advertising

Radios 24x7 may display advertisements, including pre-roll audio ads before radio streams and display ads on the website. Ad revenue supports the operation of this free service. We do not inject advertisements into podcast episodes. Any ads within podcast episodes are placed by the podcast creators themselves.

9. Limitation of liability

Radios 24x7 is not liable for the content of any radio station or podcast, the availability of any stream or episode, or any damages arising from the use of this service. This includes but is not limited to content that may be offensive, inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful. We are not responsible for the accuracy of podcast metadata obtained from RSS feeds.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
